in the building industry for over twenty-five years. Our portfolio
is extensive with a strong client base that we carry out work for
regularly.
BDL can design your new house or extension for you, drawing
up plans and submitting them to the local planning authority. Once
the plans have been passed we can arrange building regulation application
and detailed working drawings (please see our architecture
and design section).
Alternatively we can quote from drawings that have been prepared
by your own architect.
We have experience building in all forms of
construction including properties that have been designed utilising
flint stone, timber frame and traditional brick & block.
Our portfolio
of houses we have constructed include many different styles from
properties that have to match 200-year-old properties in the surrounding
village through to modern style of executive houses.
Our site manager’s
work closely with the client from the start of the project through
to the final completion, thereby ensuring maximum communication and
help deliver the desired project.
Beach Developments Limited are NHBC
registered. This means that NHBC inspectors throughout the project
will inspect the building works. Once
the final completion certificate is signed NHBC will issue a build
mark certificate, this is a ten-year guarantee against structural defects,
giving the client that all-important peace of mind and security.
